User journey map

Market research: competitive audit
In order to create a simple, intuitive tool the first step was to conduct user research to identify user’s pain points. Assumptions before research: there are number of voice transcription tools on the market. Goal: identify the most common problem user experience using existing apps. Methodology: competitive audit - studying competitors and their designs.

Market research: direct/indirect competition

Wireframes:
If Jane uses the MeetakerAi app, she will be able to record meetings she attends on the different platforms, transcribe recordings, summarize transcriptions based on different criterias and share recordings, transcriptions and summaries with team members.

Branding: NotetakerAi - Meetaker.Ai
Original App name NotetakeAi was changed to Meetaker.Ai because NotetakeAi domain name was not available. Cresting logo image and product brand identity is the part of the UI design scope. Several options of the app logo image were presented to the client and application look and fill was determined based on the selected logo image.
